We are pleased to announce the release of Danelec’s 2023/24 Annual Report, detailing a successful year characterized by strong financial growth, strategic acquisitions, and continued advances in maritime digitalization.

Key Highlights from 2023/24:

  • Revenue Growth of 10.8%: Danelec reached DKK 330.3 million, up from DKK 298 million last year, demonstrating sustained momentum across our product lines.
  • Strategic Acquisitions: The acquisition of MacGregor’s Voyage Data Recorder (VDR) business in November 2023 and the Nautilus Labs technology platform in December 2023 strengthened our integrated data and analytics offerings, creating a complete, agnostic platform for our clients.
  • EBITDA Performance: Despite costs associated with acquisitions and integrations, we recorded an EBITDA of DKK 65.1 million, reflecting solid underlying performance and setting the stage for future scalability.
  • Global Reach: Danelec’s solutions are now deployed on over 14,000 vessels worldwide, enabling our clients to capture billions of data points each year and gain actionable insights that drive real-time decision-making
